**Your role**

A great opportunity currently exists for a Senior Associate with at least five post-admission years of experience to join our Perth team and work with Melissa Joyce, Partner. You will join our specialist team in Perth in acting for and advising National Health Boards in prosecuting vocational regulation investigations and disciplinary proceedings. In doing so, you will also be part of our National Vocational Regulation Team, which acts for the National Health Boards across Australia.

**What you need**
- have at least 5 years technical experience in vocational regulation;
- have practised in the Western Australian State Administrative Tribunal (or equivalent jurisdictions in other States and Territories in Australia) and preferably have a working knowledge of the Western Australian Court of Appeal;
- have experience in attending mediations and/or court-supervised conferences and advocating for clients in these forums;
- can explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely;
- have unwavering attention to detail and technical excellence;
- have a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with clients and industry experts;
- thrive in a highly collaborative environment;
- take pride in their work and who they work for.
