Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead dynamic AI-focused workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to ideate and iterate on product designs.
- Articulate and champion innovative ideas that drive strategic changes across the organisation.
- Perform rigorous user testing of AI functionalities to assess user satisfaction, feature effectiveness, and areas for technological enhancement.
- Develop solutions that balance creative demands with policy, legislative, and AI technology constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of leadership experience in Experience Design, with a significant focus on AI-driven projects, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Proven track record in UX and UI design, with a strong emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence into user experiences.
- Expertise in conducting AI-specific audits, competitive benchmarking, and prototype testing.
- Proficient in using advanced prototyping tools like Figma, with a focus on AI features and interaction design.
- Strong collaborative skills, working closely with AI technologists and data scientists to assess feasibility and align project scopes with technical capabilities.

Project Experience
- Prior involvement in at least one major AI-focused project where you successfully integrated machine learning algorithms to enhance user interaction and personalised experiences, demonstrating measurable improvements in user engagement and satisfaction.
