**The company**

My client is a leading Telecommunications provide who is seeking an experienced UX Copywriter to develop digital content, support pages, merchandising copy, digital campaign pages, product pages, and copy for the organisation's app.

**Day to day activities**
- Create content for our conversion rate optimization program and eCommerce purchase journey,
- Ccollaborating with digital and internal teams to deliver clear and concise copy that meets the brief and follows the Digital Tone of Voice Guidelines.
- Maximize online conversion and SEO opportunities through effective copy that puts the customer first, working with UX and Visual Designers.
- Participate in all required business briefing sessions, stay informed of company news and products, and follow the companies policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to craft strong editorial, informational, merchandising copy, with solid experience in digital execution
- Demonstrated ability to craft UX copy for our online purchase journey
- Demonstrated ability to craft digital content for conversion rate optimisation and A/B tests
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
