As our Lead UX Designer for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital products and services. You will lead a team of talented designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement user-centered design solutions. Your deep understanding of user needs, industry best practices, and emerging trends will be instrumental in creating intuitive and engaging experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

What you’ll do- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user experience goals and objectives.-
- Engage our core product designs and design system to the benefit of our APAC clients-
- Drive our product designs and design system by feedback improvements-
- Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations.-
- Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.-
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.-
- Drive the design process from conception to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.-
- Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.-
- Previous experience leading and managing a team of designers, fostering their growth and creating a collaborative and supportive environment.-
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.-
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.-
