**About the role**
We have an opportunity for an **Analyst** to be part of our Reporting and Analytics, Workforce Analytics and Resource Management team within the People and Capability Command. The Analyst undertakes high quality research, strategic analysis and reporting, and develops analytical products and systems to support the achievement of business objectives and enable continuous improvement.
The role requires a broad range of research capability to facilitate the delivery of business support and human resource functions to the broader People and Capability Command. Delivering on multiple activities, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a capacity for collating and analysing large volumes of information and data from a variety of sources in a timely manner.
