About The Role

As the Superintendent Training & Compliance - QLD reporting to the Manager - Talent Development, you will lead and provide support new and existing projects in QLD to equip the operations of Thiess Mining.

**The primary functions of this role**:
Provide new projects with mobilisation support and develop training programs to support operational effectiveness

Ensure compliance and governance standards are met and continuously focusing on process improvements

Collaborate with regional teams and providing support, site-based coaching and mentoring

Assist and monitor projects with internal and external operational requirements and ensure core initiatives are met

About You

Certificate IV Training and Assessment (minimum) or related field

Extensive experience working in a Senior Training Coordinator or similar role with training processes and system support

Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and guidelines and standards

A growth mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem solving

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills and experience

The desire to make a difference and add significant value to the business
