This role ensures compliance with planning and subdivision legislation, drives the implementation of Precinct Structure Plans and Development Contribution Plans, and works closely with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, well-planned communities. You will provide expert advice, champion process improvements, and support the Shire’s strategic growth objectives. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the entire development process, from planning permit inception through to Statement of Compliance, under one coordinated leadership. Baw Baw Shire offers the best of both worlds, fast-paced urban growth in a beautiful regional setting.
