This newly created Comms Manager position will run social medium announcements every week and promote what the practice is doing with long term view. An exciting time to come onboard in this capacity as they are about to launch their new website. **Key Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing communication activities across all digital channels
- Maximise online presence by developing and maintaining digital assets, while ensuring communication is on brand and optimised for search and user experience
- Coordinate all communication tasks, while ensuring consistency of the brand identity
- Assisting in the production of marketing collateral, print and digital media for internal and external communications
- Work with management to develop key bid messages and submit award entries
- Track performance of submissions
- Undertake formal and informal research into target sectors
- Develop and/or maintain media, client and other contact databases
- Work with support staff to update and maintain the content of website and journal
- Manage and maintain project image library (images and text)

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good copy writing abilities
- Ability to write effectively and manage deadlines comfortably, will be integral to performing your role and also contributing to critical project tasks
- Strong project management skills to be disciplined, organised and task focused
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Adobe InDesign skills essential
- Problem solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
- Tech-savvy and experienced at using digital analytics tools
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
