This role requires strong organisational skills and highly developed attention to detail. You will work across a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Various administration duties.
- Entering of new jobs and maintaining project files.
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis and verifying that all required information is sent and received in a timely manner.
- Daily bank reconciliations, preparation of client invoices and payment of company expenses.
- Ordering and stock control of office supplies and staff amenities.
- Have experience using Xero and WorkflowMax.
- Have experience using Excel and Word.
- Demonstrable experience with and knowledge of a broad range of administrative duties.
- Great communication skills (both verbal and written).
- The ability to work independently, and at times, under pressure while prioritising your workload.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

**Experience**:
