JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for processing EFTPOS and cash payments, daily reconciliation, and supporting basic bookkeeping. Maintain accurate data entry in practice management systems while ensuring confidentiality of patient information. Assist in preparing reports for audits and compliance. Provide administrative and clinical support by liaising with healthcare providers, managing referrals, scanning documents, and coordinating bookings. Ensure all areas are kept tidy and professional.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33,000.00 – $66,560.00 per year
