We are seeking a dynamic detailed oriented individual to join the Balmoral team as our Admissions & Services Officer on a Permanent Full-time basis.

**Location**

Aegis Balmoral is a Facility that opened in the latter half of 2015. A host of unique aged care building innovations have been incorporated that create a safe, comfortable, stylish and functional environment.

Located close to the Swan River on a quiet residential street, Aegis Balmoral is easily accessible from the Kwinana Freeway. Cafés, restaurants and the Perth Zoo are only a short walk or drive away.

**About The Role**

As an integral part of the team, you will:

- Positive promotion of the facilities service offerings and marketability.
- Support the Facility Manager to develop and implement programs to attract residents to Balmoral.
- Ensure pre-admission assessment of prospective residents is carried out to ensure their needs can be met at the facility.
- Support and coach the Administration staff to ensure high quality and effective services are delivered in accordance with resident choices and goals.
- Support other Administration Officers to ensure all expectations as to Aegis’ levels of service are being provided.
- Assist the Facility Manager by scheduling meetings; including but not limited to staff, residents and relatives meetings.
- Support the Facility Manager to ensure high levels of customer service are integrated into all aspects of service delivery throughout the facility and in particular from the Administration team.
- Support to maintain fortnightly rosters for staff, that meet all service delivery requirements within the facility.
- Provide caring support for residents and families.
- Support new residents and their families at all times when dealing with allocated queries, comments, suggestions or concerns, ensuring that all matters are followed through and communicated to key stakeholders to the satisfaction of the resident/family member.
- As directed by the Facility Manager, oversee all aspects of Retirement Village units and day-to-day operations
