**Your new role**

Your new role is a client servicing role, assisting trading clients locally and overseas with their trading queries. You’ll be required to assist in Mandarin, Cantonese and English as the role supports customers in China as well as Australia. The role works a rotating roster to provide coverage to these markets. The earliest start time would be 6am and the role is Monday to Friday. You will receive your roster two weeks in advance so you can plan around the shift you are on.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A financial background, trading knowledge would be fantastic, if you’ve done an internship in a fintech or trading company this is of interest also
- Advanced numerical skills
- Finance related degree
- Work ethic and willingness to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday with earliest start time of 6am

**What you'll get in return**
- Remuneration of $65,000 plus super
- Coaching and mentorship - your team-lead will work with you to support you on your trading journey
- Training - you’ll be enroled on a course to advance your trading skills and be given company time in which to study the modules. You will be required to sit an examination upon completion of the course.
- $5,000 bonus upon successfully passing the enroled trading course
- WFH - 2 days from their new Melbourne CBD office, 3 days from home
- 2 weeks advance notice of your work roster
