**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in property management? We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Manager to join our team at RESIpm Qld. As the Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management and building management for our residential portfolio.
**An overview of the role**:
Overseeing the day-to-day property management operations, including dispute resolution and QCAT submissions and hearings.
Ensuring accurate preparation of all documentation related to residential tenancy in accordance with legislation.
Coordinating leasing inspections and marketing of vacant tenancies.
Compiling timely and accurate reports on the property's performance and providing information to key stakeholders.
Setting up and maintaining the legal and financial aspects of the portfolio on property management software.
Providing regular updates on local market trends and changes in legislation.
Conducting property inspections and arranging necessary related works.
Handling tenant queries, complaints, and needs.
Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and relevant legislation.
Ensuring smooth operation of the property and compliance with building procedures.
Maintaining positive relationships with guests, tenants, contractors, owners, and the Body Corporate.
Protecting the business assets through compliance, security, and control.

**Requirements**:
QLD Office of Fair Trading issued Real Estate Agent Licence.
Previous experience in property management or building management.
Familiarity with Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 and Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997.
Proficiency in property management software.
