As our name implies, we believe the practice of engineering is an art and a creative endeavour, we support our clients and colleagues in trying to achieve something more than ordinary. We work closely with our all our clients; you’ll be supported and encouraged to develop strong working relationships with them.

As a member of a small and supportive team, you will be working in a very busy practice, located in Gold Coast's central hinterland suburb of Highland Park. Our business enjoys an ever-increasing stream of design & documentation work ranging from storage, commercial, childcare, multi-residential, water treatment infrastructure, bridges and culverts and industrial projects.

In summary, the following skills are essential:
Minimum 2+ years structural design experience.
- Strong Autodesk Revit skills with emphasis placed on both ability and high productivity, to be able to prepare comprehensive sets of construction documents using this software
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Recent construction industry experience, preferably with independently leading and managing own projects
- A common sense approach, strong time management skills with initiative and ability to problem solve with practical solutions
- Strong communication and comprehension skills - verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship essential - MUST be a self starter who shows initiative

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing structural engineering business, and whilst we are focused on project delivery and client satisfaction, we also love a laugh and find any opportunity we can to celebrate our wins. We may work longer days if required in peak periods, but definitely no weekend work. In return, we are seeking commitment from an honest, conscientious person focused on making our success their success.

Remuneration will be negotiated dependent upon experience. Australian experience and rights to work in Australia are essential.

**Salary**: $66,156.73 - $139,246.50 per year
