We have an opportunity for a professional, highly motivated, passionate and proactive Investigations Manager with a background in complaints resolution and investigations to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Quality and Risk, you will partner and assist our home management teams in the effective resolution of internal and external complaints.

**The key focus of the role will be to**:

- Work with complainants to resolve concerns and drive improvements to care and service delivery
- Investigate complaints and make recommendations that would improve resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate registers and records of all external and internal escalated complaints
- Complete monthly and quarterly reporting

**To be considered for this role you will require**:

- Strong working knowledge of the aged care industry, residential aged care operations and the regulatory requirements for complaint resolution.
- Experience responding to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
- Strong consumer focus and drive to deliver for consumers.
- Ability to identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence a range of stakeholders.
- High degree of empathy and experience in resolving difficult and complex complaints.
