Our vibrant and energetic venue in Perth is seeking a dedicated and creative General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will oversee all aspects of operations, including customer service, staff management, event planning, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our venue remains the go-to destination in Perth.
- Coordinate and execute exciting events and promotions that cater to our target audience, enhancing their overall experience.
- Monitor and control financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar high-volume, high-touch hospitality role, preferably in a pub or nightclub environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
