**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Team Leader, you’ll support the Residential Supervisor and oversee daily operations across our Forest Hill and Ringwood homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating staff rosters
- Maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Conducting monthly audits of care plans
- Monitoring staff training and compliance modules
- Supporting clients at medical appointments
- Ensuring accurate medication charting
