**We have one permanent part-time (0.6EFT) opportunity.**

- Hourly Rate of $51.00 to $53.31 as outlined in the SCHADS Award Level 5, dependent on qualification and experience. Penalty and allowances are applied on top of hourly rate.

**What are the objectives of the Case Manager role?**

- Provide specialist case management support to women who are homeless, whilst acknowledging unique individual intersectionality's.
- Provide holistic, client-led support across a range of support areas including housing, safety, mental health, independence, well-being, housing, social inclusion and employment.
- Coordinate and work collaboratively with a range of services and stakeholders to support women to reach their goals.
- Provide support to women who have escaped family violence, including completing MARAM assessment and safety plans.
- The overall aim is to support women reach their goals, gain skills and abilities in order to maintain long-term housing and independence.
