Are you an experienced HR and Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? Our client is currently seeking a dynamic HR/HSEQ Manager to lead our team in fostering a safe and collaborative workplace while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources**:

- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development.
- **Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate HSEQ training programs to enhance awareness and competence.
- **Risk Management**:

- Collaborate with project teams to assess and manage risks associated with construction activities.
- Implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of HSEQ performance metrics and incidents.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on HR and HSEQ activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and HSEQ management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of local and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) and safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.

On offer is a salary of $130k plus super (negotiable) & bonus scheme each year. Free on site parking, laptop & phone allowance plus the use of a company vehicle to get around sites.
