
Executive Support Coordinator

In this role as Executive Support Coordinator - Corporate Services you will provide high quality secretarial and executive support services to our Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and undertake a broad range of support functions for the broader Corporate Services division.
The position coordinates and provides administrative support within the division encompassing Finance, Procurement, Facilities and Legal Services, working with mínimal supervision, demonstrating initiative to escalate urgent matters, ensuring deadlines are met, and liaising and building relationships with key staff within and external to the VBA.
**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level administrative support within a corporate or government setting. Experience working with a finance team will be highly regarded.
- Well developed written communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation and effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain stakeholder engagement and consistently deliver in deadline-driven environment.
