We are on the hunt for a **Sales Manager** to join our team on a full-time basis.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving company financial targets.

**Salary****:

- $90,000**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify areas of growth and maximise revenue
- Identify and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Source and secure projects to tender
- Price project tenders
- Developing project sales pipeline to ensure no downtown between project, thus achieving financial targets
- Manage sales and sales marketing budget

**Skills/Experience**
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant industry is preferable but not essential
- High School Qualification[AW2]
- Minimum 8 years sales experience
- Sound knowledge of residential construction across various project types and sizes
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong administrative, experience in cost management software and project management software using Apple Mac computers
- Ability to influence and converse freely with all key internal and external relationships
- Exceptional time management skills.
- An aptitude to prioritise and work on multiple tasks.
