Housed in a busy industrial hub, our shopfront and warehouse site offers clients instant access to products due to our storage capacity, a retail experience that includes not only chemicals but all the parts and accessories they need for their pool. Coupled with free water testing and an onsite repair workshop, we provide a total pool solution
**About the role**
Due to our expanding customer base, we require an experienced General & Service Manager to lead and drive our team of service technicians and manage the retail operations.
We are seeking a highly organised, customer service oriented person that will:
- Coordinate the service technician team for their daily schedules and manage any related sales, service or repairs and client communication for these,
- Manage the service database system (ServiceM8) and the sales invoicing process of the technicians,
- Order and organise the required equipment, supplies & tools for technicians to be able to complete their jobs and installations in an efficient manner.
- Generate sales through product knowledge and ability to match products and equipment to clients needs and build ongoing relationships with them,
- Quote customers for replacement or upgraded equipment for jobs as reported by the technicians.
- Train and up-skill the technicians in the team to develop their skill set.
You'll be joining an established team that work well together but really need you to drive our service team and build a strong, process driven environment.
The role is available full time basis for the right applicant.

**Skills and experience**
- Pool Industry experience will be highly regarded. The role would suit a Pool Technician wanting to transition off the tools into a team leader role.
- Experience in an administration role or similar team leader role or exceptional demonstrable administration/organisational skills are needed.

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
