One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **ICT Support Team Lead **to identify, troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide continuous improvement to the platform. The **ICT Support Team Lead** will manage a team of support specialists, providing coaching and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. The successful **ICT Support Team Lead **will be offered an initial **12 month** contract along with a **12 month extension** option partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.
The successful **ICT Support Team Lead **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Executing ICT change management activities including creation of high-quality change records and release documentation
- Ensure consistent and efficient resolution of Salesforce-related issues
- Performing operational tasks including access management and provisioning
The successful **ICT Support Team Lead **will have experience in the following:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing support processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
