**ABOUT THE BRANCH**
The priorities of Internal Services and Cyber Branch are to:
- Deliver a high standard of support to clients through the Service Centre and Self-Service Portal
- Maintain and enhance the end user desktop environment and its supporting services
- Maintain and enhance core departmental IT hybrid infrastructure and supporting technology platforms
- Deliver business analysis and testing services
- Deliver ICT projects and technology for business projects
- Manage key ICT contracts including the NRI contract.
**ABOUT THE** OPPORTUNITY**
The Team Lead ICT Priority Support will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Executive IT Support: Provide direct, high-priority technical support to executives, senior leadership, and secretary, ensuring mínimal disruptions to their workflow.
- Incident Management: Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting executive operations, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal downtime.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of IT support specialists dedicated to executive assistance, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Technology Optimization: Continuously evaluate and upgrade executive IT tools, ensuring optimal performance, compatibility, and security.
- Meeting & Event Support: Provide technical setup, troubleshooting, and real-time assistance for high-profile meetings, video conferences, and public engagements.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure executives adhere to security protocols, implement best practices, and mitigate risks associated with cyber threats.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT and business leadership to align IT services with organizational goals.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for executives on emerging technologies, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices for IT efficiency.
- Asset & Lifecycle Management: Maintain an inventory of executive IT assets, ensuring timely upgrades, maintenance, and replacements.
- 24/7 Availability & Rapid Response: Establish a dedicated, high-priority support channel to address executive IT concerns around the clock.
