Project Scheduler

We are currently looking for an NV1 security cleared Project Scheduler to join our team on a part time basis. This role will see you take on a pivotal project role supporting Defence Space and Surveillance activities.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Develop, maintain and report on project schedules, milestones in OPP and providing proactive advice and recommendations relating to schedule performance (e.g. critical path analysis) and identifying issues and concerns
- Coordinate project planning activities including ensuring technical schedule compliance with CASG requirements
- Conduct rolling wave planning exercises with Project Managers and conduct analysis to support project planning
- Attending Risk Workshops, provide scheduling, conduct schedule risk analysis and progress

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within a government or Defence environment
- Previous scheduling experience
- Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP) or Primavera 6 (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
