**The Role**:
The Sales Manager, APAC is responsible for Business Development and Account Management of VetCT’s small animal Teleradiology and Teleconsulting services across the APAC region. They are the key commercial representative in the region reporting into the Director of Sales & Client Success who is based in the UK

The Sales Manager role focuses on Business Development, Account Management and development of relevant industry partnerships in APAC.

The Sales Manager, APAC will be expected to follow the documented sales process from initial prospecting, or the validation of a marketing qualified lead, through to negotiation and closing of the deal. They will need to document their contacts and track future forecasts in the company's CRM system (Hubspot) and report future sales projections to the Director of Sales and Client Success regularly. VetCT currently provides c.250 clients within the APAC region with Teleradiology services, there is a great opportunity to grow this through proactive engagement with the right potential new clients, while also supporting existing clients to grow their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Account Management of APAC region
- Contract negotiations & renewals
- Update clients on price changes, technological and service upgrades and ensure clients are aware of training and educational opportunities from VetCT
- There will be regular travel requirements in order to visit clients, prospects and attend events
- Client and sales forecast Reporting
- Work towards a set of clear goals and sales targets
- Use of Hubspot CRM system to track client communications and forecasting sales opportunities

**Requirements**:
**Skills/Competencies**:

- Excellent relationship skills, with the ability to really understand clients behaviour and future requirements, while identifying the VetCT service that can best support the client
- Communication skills, to be able to interact with busy Vets in a way that suits the client best, as well as build strong relationships internally amongst the different teams
- A background in Veterinary Sales and Client Success would be helpful
- A veterinary background of some sort is preferred, a history of working in the industry or educated with a veterinary background
- Organisation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to use your initiative and problem solve to ensure client satisfaction
- Persuasive, while always putting the client first.

**Education**:

- Veterinary background whether that's in a previous role or education
- Degree level education
