We are looking for a collaborative and goal driven person to join our Finance team in the role of Accounts Payable Officer.

**About this role**:
You’ll play a key role in the broader Finance team with a key focus on managing the rent roll accounts payable function to ensure all invoices and queries are addressed/resolved quickly, as well as processing a high volume of invoices in accordance with Grill'd policies.

Your main area of focus will be rent roll and restaurant servicing invoices, and you will also be maintaining the electronic invoice filing system, assisting with month end procedures and ad-hoc supplier queries.

**What we're looking for**:

- Someone with previous experience working in a busy Accounts Payable team and processing large volume of Invoices retail or hospitality rent roll and experience working in lease eagle accounts would be a bonus
- You will be a proactive and organised person who is able to quickly respond to and resolve queries
- You will have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure correct approvals are received
- You will have a high attention to detail and be able to easily priortise your work load
- A Microsoft Office guru, with a high level of proficiency in Excel (specifically v look-ups and pivot tables)
- A critical thinker who can identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
