**THE TEAM**

The Financial Planning & Control team is responsible for providing effective financial, statutory and management reporting, sound technical accounting advice and analysing and forecasting insights that enables CCEP API to measure and achieve its operational and strategic goals. The team is directly responsible for coordinating financial accounting and reporting for Corporate & Services Group entities, and fulfil the statutory reporting regulations, including consolidation, maintaining and analysing business unit financial data for API segments including functional costs reporting and analysis.

**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Indirect expense Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, offering insights and recommendations to Group Opex team regarding cost control and expense management.
- Identify risks & opportunities to optimize operating expenses and collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving strategies.
- Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in expense management reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Accounting, IT, HR Operations, and Procurement, to understand cost drivers and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of expense forecasting and reporting. Such as building of new templates and analysis functionality.
- Budget Development: Lead the development of annual and quarterly operating expense budgets in close coordination with senior management, offering insights and recommendations for cost optimization
- It will be important to actively build strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally across the broader CCEP, Group Finance and the Finance communities.
- A strong ability to effectively co-ordinate and deliver to timeframes, whilst multi-tasking and managing key stakeholder’s requirements, is essential. Proficiency in managing competing timeframes and priorities, is also required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent Chartered Accountant/Finance Qualification
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, building templates and data analysis tools (Excel, financial planning software, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with ERP and financial software systems is preferred.
- 4-5 years experience in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office & financial systems, e.g. SAP general ledger, Hyperion Enterprise)
- Quality verbal and written communications
