**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at John Flynn** **Retirement Village, Burwood East (VIC) as a Personal Care Worker. We have the following permanent part time shifts available.
- Tuesday to Saturday 1445 - 2200
- 0700 - 1330 7 days
- 0700-1500 7 days

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Certificates in aged care is required
- Kindness in your DNA
- Strong empathy
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional style
