The main responsibilities for this office coordinator are:

- Provide administrative and organisational support to the organisation
- Provide reception duties, answer phones, direct calls and greet guests
- Maintain various databases including members database and external contact lists
- Communication with members and other stakeholders
- Manage the general mail in box
- Assist with production of publications, surveys and reports and updating the web site when required
- Assist with planning events as required
- Book domestic travel as required

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful office coordinator will have:

- Good organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to multitask

- Excellent communications skills with both external stakeholders and internal officers
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good team player

- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
