**Your new company**
As a Coordination Officer you will be working in a high profile team within one of the leading Federal Government Departments, this is a team that produces influential bodies of work that has a strong impact on the standards, processes and procedures in which all of the Australian Public Service and Private Enterprise must adhere too.
**Your new role**
This is an exciting role where you will work collaboratively with the branch as a Coordination Officer, to perform tasks inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Coordination of events and meetings
- Analysis and enhancement of processes and procedures
- Inbox coordination - responding to enquires and escalation of urgent matters
- Action of PDMS items
- Assist with the coordination of Senate Estimates
- Other tasks as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the tasks as listed above or have worked in an Executive Assistant position within the APS. This role is only open to Australian Citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
