Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**APS5/6 Coordination Officer** who can provide high quality coordination and administration support.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate divisional Current Issues Briefs (also known as Question Time Briefs) processes
- Manage the coordination inbox, ensuring all enquires are responded to in a timely matter
- Support Senate Estimates coordination
- Coordinate and ensure the timely action of division PDMS items.
- Develop appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of workflow within the branch.
- Prepare and/or quality assuring general correspondence in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Ad hoc duties as required by the Agency.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
