**The role**

The **Food & Beverage Operations Manager** will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and is responsible for the overall operation and successful implementation of the food & beverage services for specific **hotel outlets** assigned to the position. The role shares accountability for the F&B strategy for hotel operations, and the delivery of outlet results including P&L and revenue.

To thrive in this role, you will have a motivating leadership style capable of creating a high-performance culture and enabling your team to understand the key drivers of the business. You will be a role model for our service values and be highly visible in outlets during peak periods of business.

**About you**
- Previous senior/multi-outlet management experience in large scale premium environments
- Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor management teams
- Sound business acumen to manage multi outlet performance metrics in relation to the guest, staff, and financials
- Previous experience in a Forbes rated hotel is highly regarded
- Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5- star luxury environment
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication skills, and learning agility
