We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager in our South East Queensland region, where you'll have the chance to lead and manage our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Service Departments. With a focus on safety, productivity, and customer service, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**The Opportunity**:
As a Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a team dedicated to building partnerships and creating value for society, customers, and other stakeholders. This is a Monday to Friday role located in Wacol, and it's perfect for someone with leadership and team-building skills, a good understanding of how a service department operates, and a customer service-oriented mindset. **Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong leadership and team building abilities
- Trade background and heavy earthmoving industry experience essential
- In-depth understanding of service department operations
- Familiarity with warranty guidelines and processes
- Financial acumen and drive for continuous improvement
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify revenue-enhancing opportunities
- Experience in after-sales marketing and Service Department management (favorable)
