Job Title: State Performance Lead - SEQ North

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a State Performance Lead, working closely with Centre Directors and the State Leadership Team.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can drive performance improvement and support centre leaders in achieving their goals.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance centre performance, taking into account centre-specific needs and circumstances.
  • This role requires strong collaboration skills, enabling effective communication and coordination with Centre Directors and other stakeholders.
  • A key focus of this position is to provide regular reviews and feedback to Centre Directors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and data to make informed decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring Centre Directors.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Centre Directors, staff, and other stakeholders.
