Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Water Infrastructure Team in Southeast Queensland (SEQ). With significant contract awards, this role offers a secure 10-year pipeline of work and the opportunity to base yourself in our Sunshine Coast or Brisbane offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design on various water infrastructure projects including networks, wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate, manage and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng.
  • Demonstrated experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment.
  • Experience in leading project / technical teams.
  • An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
