Assistant Store Manager
Retail Inventory Lead
As a leader at Pillow Talk, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our beautiful brand to life in-store. Whether you're driving team performance, creating personalised experiences for our customers, or leading best-in-class stock and inventory processes — you'll make a meaningful impact every day.
You’ll be a natural motivator, inspiring your team through coaching, clear communication, and a shared passion for delivering excellence. You’ll foster a warm, inclusive, and high-performing environment where people feel empowered and proud to contribute.
A bit about you...
- Experience in a commercial, customer-centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment
- Strong communicator with a flair for coaching and motivating teams
- A proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets
- Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
- Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
- Passionate about visual presentation, stock accuracy, and creating memorable customer experiences
- Exposure to high volume, large format retailing
- Strong delegation with a focus on optimising team productivity
