We are seeking a highly professional and efficient Executive Assistant to join Hunter Water, reporting to our Executive Officer and supporting our Executive Manager Customer Delivery.

**The Challenge**
As the Executive Assistant you will provide professional and confidential executive level administrative support to our Executive Manager Customer Delivery.
**What you’ll do**:
- Liaise with direct reports to the Executive Manager to ensure timeframes and deliverables are clear, and allow adequate time for Executive review, and escalate exceptions to the Executive Manager as required;
- Coordinate the timely preparation of internal and external corporate documents and correspondence, including Board and Board Committee Papers across the Division, and ensure their appropriate and professional presentation in accordance with corporate style guides;
- Liaise confidently and professionally with stakeholders at a senior management level internally and externally including interacting with various interest groups, suppliers and customers;
- Review enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, and proactively determine and take appropriate action, bringing to the attention of the Executive Manager as appropriate.
**What you’ll need to be successful**:
**Essential Criteria**:
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive support in a professional and confidential manner, including the ability to establish work priorities and meet predetermined deadlines and commitments;
- High level communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and senior executives, coupled with the ability to exercise initiative, discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Proven experience in organising and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings with experience in providing executive support to committees;
- Demonstrated attention to detail, flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to multi-task.
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Qualifications in Business, Business Administration or equivalent;
- High level administrative support experience in an operationalized and / or regulated environment in a medium to large sized business.
