**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigating and resolving complex support problems networking, system hardware, software and related infrastructure support, providing on-site support if required.
- Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of the internal
desktop infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Troubleshooting and assisting staff with the usage of key
business systems.
- Documenting various systems and processes and keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Assisting in the creation of reports or ad-hoc data requests
- Assisting the IT Coordinator in various project work
- Keeping accurate documentation and notes to improve procedure and FAQ/Knowledge base.

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary Education, TAFE, or other relevant industry qualification.
- Experience with IT Support, troubleshooting and maintaining Windows environment.
- Experience in working with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint and Endpoint Security.
- Good troubleshooting skills in office peripherals (Printers,
Scanners, Photocopiers)
- Strong technical skills across Windows 10,11 and Windows Server OS
- Basic Networking (Routing, Switches, Firewalls, VLANs, and WANs)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document systems and procedures.
