Channel Quality and Compliance Manager

Requisition ID: 2347- Location: Southbank, VIC, AU, 3006**The Opportunity**: Our team is growing Newly created role for an experienced Channel Quality and Compliance Manager who can drive results to effectively manage the Quality and Compliance Program across all Simply Energy Sales and Service channels. In this role you will ensure that Simply Energy meets its business Quality KPI’s and Compliance requirements in accordance with relevant legislation. The role will be accountable to the Head of Customer Service and can be worked flexibly from home and our Southbank office. Reasonable requests for part time work will be considered. **Responsibilities**: - Be responsible for quality and compliance performance across sales and service channels. - Maintain an effective Quality Monitoring and Assurance program; adapted to business, customer and compliance requirements. - Maintain an effective Sales and Compliance program of work in co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Act as lead contact and coordinator through internal & external audits - Build and maintain working relationships with managers, service providers and stakeholders at all levels to ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of complaints. - Analyse and implement initiatives on reviews conducted of call types with a view to recommending strategies as to how the business can reduce irritant call types to improve customer experience and reduce cost to serve. **About You**: To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in or with call centres and managing people as well as managing customer Quality and Compliance functions.
