VCAT is seeking a service-driven leader to manage a large team in our growing Human Rights Division.
**About the role**
Working as part of a large team within the Human Rights Division, the Deputy Manager, working with the Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers effective and efficient administrative and client services in a fast paced and high-volume work environment. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the team by providing advice and people management support to team leaders or case managers, managing work volumes and priorities and exercising delegated powers relating to case management.
