**The Core Capability Requirements for this role are**:

- Provide library technical services working with print and digital collections, including circulation, shelving, scanning, acquisitions, serials and interlibrary loans/document delivery.
- Contribute to the promotion of library professional services and collections including library displays and the maintenance of intranet pages.
- Maintain library systems data including catalogue and membership records.
- End processing of new library materials.
- Produce performance statistics from library software, database platforms and other systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including photocopiers and computers, facilities and stationery supplies.

**Role Requirements**:
Qualification
- Attainment of (or progress towards) a relevant qualification which enables eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) as a library Technician is mandatory.

Other
- Willingness to work at both library locations (Oxley and Brisbane CBD).
