About the Role
As ITI Governance Coordinator in the Information, Technology and Innovation team, you will work across QLeave's Digital Innovation and Strategy stream to manage and coordinate the implementation and continual, management of all IT policies, procedures work instructions, audit recommendation, risk controls and mitigation actions.
Reporting to the Manager, Information, Technology and Innovation, your focus will include:
coordinating ITI governance tasks to maintain exceptional governance standards across the organisation
develop, document, and periodically review policies and procedures to ensure they are current and aligned with industry best practices and legislative requirements
performing in-depth policy analysis and development, ensuring attention to detail and decision-making based on existing policies
Your Responsibilities
**In this role, you will**:
coordinate contributions from multiple authors and reviewers to create clear and easy to read documents
foster collaborative relationships with coworkers, stakeholders, and engage in negotiations to form decisions, recommendations, or conclusions
contribute to team functions, including preparation of reports, coordination, and monitoring of governance work
manage the ITI work arising from, and contribute to the organisational risk management framework
contributing to audit activities and coordinate the ITI actions arising from internal and external audits
exercise sound judgement to manage competing priorities effectively, whether independently or as part of a team, to deliver outcomes within expected timeframes while maintaining quality and governance compliance
read, comprehend, and analyse legislative documents, regulatory policies, and research to inform effects on existing documentation
