To support our growing NDIS team, we are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to work as part of our Toowoomba team on a 12-month contract.

**About the role**

As the Office Coordinator, you role is to provide administrative support to the NDIS services team and Development Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the front Reception area including being the first point of contact for new people accessing the building, answering phones and welcoming stakeholders.
- Managing IT support, assigned tasks, databases and e-filing system requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Communicating and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to promote efficiencies and positive working relationships.
- Liaising with participants, the NDIA and other providers to support our busy Support Coordinators.
- Planning, supporting and facilitating community events, assisting with internal compliance auditing, and ensuring best practice processes are followed and reviewed.

**About you**

We are looking for an Office Coordinator who is highly organised to meet deadlines and passionate to deliver on outcomes. We would expect that you demonstrate strong engagement skills, display initiative, and be someone who will immerse themselves in our culture.
