**Accountabilities may include**:

- Coordinate and write executive correspondence, media statements, responses to media inquiries, speech notes, and other communication material for the Minister's office and senior management in support of the delivery of the Darling Downs District road infrastructure program
- Prepare a wide range of engagement and communication materials to support delivery of the Darling Downs District road infrastructure program such as briefs, advices, reports, construction notices and project updates
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively seek advice to provide full and accurate information in executive correspondence materials
- Promote and reinforce the need for internal control processes and continuous improvements that support effective business planning, and program/project delivery outcomes
- Coordinate Program Support Officers to provide a range of program/project support and administration
- Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program/project and administrative support activities
- Comply with the WH&S Act, regulations and Departmental policy
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed

This position reports to the Senior Program Support Officer.
