Join us in this **Port Operations Delivery Manager** role and lead all aspects of port facilities and activities, including Brisbane International Cruise Terminal (BICT), cargo handling, vessel scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including shipping companies, government agencies, and Port of Brisbane employees, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the port.

- You are a strategic leader who inspires and develops your team.
- You actively role model and promote a safety-first health and safety culture and understand risk and compliance and the ability to comply with the appropriate governance and legislation.
- You have a proven background monitoring and driving high standards of customer service and facilities' presentation.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- You work collaboratively and are adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
