**About the role**
Reporting to the Senior Port Planner, we are seeking a Port Planner to be based at our Fisherman Islands site. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Working with the Supply Chain team and external customers, to manage the movement of commodities into/out-of Port
- Managing rail and road movements into/out-of the terminal for all domestic and export customers
- Collaborating with the Operations team, Maintenance and Capital teams and Pest Control team during planning
- Monitoring & planning terminal capacity, constraints & segregations
- Generating reports required to communicate Plan with relevant stakeholders Planning labour hours to cost effectively execute weekly work plans
**About your experience**
Our successful applicant will come to us with sound previous experience and knowledge in a planning/logisitcs position. Other key skills we are looking for are;
- Inventory Management and planning experience
- Understanding of bulk freight including road and rail (Container experience would be a benefit)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with time and attendance systems
