**Who we are**:
ONCALL Group Australia Pty Ltd is a quality certified, DHHS, NDIS and TAC registered service provider in the Disability and Child Youth and Family sectors. We are a recognised industry leader and deliver responsive, reliable and flexible Disability Support Worker (DSW) staffing solutions across residential care, in-home support, and community access for government and community organisations; as well as for individual NDIS participants and their families.We also work in the Out of Home Care and welfare space supporting youth across a range of scenarios.

As we continue to grow and establish our national footprint, we are looking for new Recruitment team members; people passionate about both Recruitment and the community services sector.

**About the role**:
In perhaps the most important role that ONCALL has to offer, you will source, screen and induct our casual workforce who support and serve our community's most vulnerable people. It is a critical business role that ensures we are able to deliver more of the quality services we are known for This role will be focused on joining our high performing Victorian team with national scope. Full time or part-time considered.

**From you, we need**:

- A qualification in HR, Community or Disability related fields
- Residential Youth Work experience essential
- we can teach you recruitment
- A professional team player with great energy and rapport building skills
- Task and timeframe mgt skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Open mindedness and the ability to work sensitively with diverse cultural groups
- The ability to present in front of groups of people in an exciting and engaging manner
