**The Job**:
We currently have a position available for a dynamic, committed individual to join our busy Victorian team.

You will be responsible for filling shift requests from customers, clients, and families within the disability sector. The Allocations Consultant will identify and liaise directly with the right ONCALL field worker providing clear directions on duties and responsibilities to ensure needs are met as we meet the growing need in Victoria.

The successful applicant will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to demonstrate the following.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Relevant qualification in disability and/or community services related studies are always desirable
- Previous rostering/allocation experience desirable but not essential
- Friendly, approachable and able to provide excellent customer service
- Great people skills, strong problem-solving skills, and can use initiative
- Calm under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Database experience

**You will need or be willing to obtain**:

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Childrens check - Employer (or willing to obtain)
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence required
