**We have multiple positions available for the following roles**:

- _eCommerce Customer Service_
- _eCommerce Fulfillment (Pick and Pack)_
- _Stock Controller_
- _Warehouse Assistant_

SuperPharmacyPlus is a progressive community pharmacy located in Brisbane North specialising in categories such as diabetes, baby, mobility and incontinence. We are seeking more staff to work up to fulltime for our eCommerce team fulfilling orders across Australia and around the world

Through our eCommerce team, our aim is to bring the widest range of high quality pharmacy and mobility products to the Australian market, provide new avenues of convenience for customers, and support health professionals and patients in their health journey.

**We don't do cosmetics, perfumes, and gimmicky products that don't work.** But we do source and sell products that make a real difference. Our team works with suppliers and manufacturers across the world to bring new and innovative products to the Australian market, making them accessible and affordable. Sending out thousands of orders each month, our online team have their own packing facility onsite and work with multiple staff roles available.

**You will, with the support of your team**:

- Contribute to the rapidly growing independent community pharmacy.
- Facilitate access to appropriate products in a streamlined fashion.
- Support other staff in the eCommerce team.
- Fulfill eCommerce orders in a timely manner.

**eCommerce Customer Service Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Monitor customer service enquiries and proactively respond to queries regarding shipping, returns and complaints
- Manage communication with customers regarding delayed or returned orders
- Liase with our store-based teams to provide recommendations to customers
- Assist other online team members to Pick and Pack eCommerce orders
- Maintain organisation of Online Department
- Maintain product listings and add new products to online channels.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Essential_
- A proactive attitude and passion for achieving better outcomes for people with disability in the health system.
- Strong desire to solve customer’s issues
- Evidence of ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise efficiently according to organisational needs.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in picking products
- Have a process driven approach to completing tasks
- Ability to complete complex tasks with speed
- Preferred_
- Previous fulfillment / packing experience
- Knowledge of eCommerce systems or customer service
- Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or other retail environment

**Positions Available**:
**eCommerce Customer Service team member (Multiple Positions Available)**

Up to Full-time; Mon-Friday (7:30am-3:30pm with possibility for flexible hours) located in Stafford, QLD.

**Pharmacy Stock Controller**:
Up to Full-time; Mon-Friday (flexible but preferably 6:30pm finish)

**Warehouse Assistant**:
Up to 20 hours per week; Mon-Friday (9am-4pm hours)
